First off, I'd like to state that a Murloc is in now way an idea I own. I believe Blizzard owns it, technically, as the whole concept of making a Murloc spread from my addiction to World of Warcraft. That said...
I made this Murloc out of Papier Mache, paint, marbles, plastic knives and forks, and a silver permanent marker.
It took me the better part of the month, as I had to do some work, let him dry, do more work, dry, work, dry...all while keeping him from my partner, as Skittle is this year's Birthday Present to him.
I named him Skittle, because I consumed a huge amount of skittles while creating him. My aunt just kept handing me packages, every day that I worked on him... It is her theory that the quality of the art work is somehow related to the awesomeness of what you have in your mouth at the time of creation... and I didn't really argue, as I love skittles haha
Oh, and the weird gluey parts of the picture are due to the way my camera caught the glaze stuff that coats his skin to keep him free of moisture
